Repair Service - Fixed Price Repair by replacement of faulty parts, modules or components* £39.00 * Labour only: component prices are available upon request. What's covered? The Repair Service covers the labour cost of repairing, or the replacement and testing of a single faulty item at your home, or if necessary, all collection and delivery charges and cost of repairing the item in our workshop. All repairs will be fully tested before delivery. What's not covered? The cost of any modules or components not supplied by you at the time of collection. The removal of any existing malware, spyware or malicious software discovered during the repair process. Repairs to any additional modules or components found to be faulty during the initial inspection process. Repairs requiring the replacement of the PC motherboards or PC cases are charged for on a time and materials basis. Written quotations are available on request. If the repair involves the replacement of the hard disk, the service excludes backing up or re-installing your data (documents, photographs etc.) and the re-installation of any software apart from the Windows operating system.
